1. To the Health Department: How many turbines are physically installed and how many are currently operating at each Memphis site, and under which permit number? Is the 15-turbine permit issued 2025-07-02 still stayed by the appeal?
2. To the Air Pollution Control Board: When is the appeal hearing, and how do residents sign up to speak or submit written comment?
3. To the Health Department: Where are the ambient monitors nearest 38109, what are they measuring (does it include ozone?), and can I get the raw data?
4. To MLGW: How much drinking water per day is xAI actually drawing right now, and what happens to that number if the greywater plant slips past Q1 2027?
5. To EDGE: Has any PILOT or tax abatement been approved for xAI, SpaceXAI, MZX or any affiliated entity? What is the value, the term, the jobs commitment, and the clawback?

9. If You're Thinking About Moving Here

Neutral read, given what is documented:

• Air. This ZIP already carried one of the heaviest air-pollution burdens in Tennessee before 2024 — refinery, former coal plant, freight corridor, an "F" ozone grade for the county, and the state's highest asthma ER rates. Dozens of gas turbines were then added without Clean Air Act permits. Removal of the temporary turbines is scheduled but not complete until July 2027, and a permanent 1.2 GW gas plant is being built just across the state line.
• Noise. Turbine noise is the subject of a class action alleging levels at times over 70 decibels. That suit concerns Southaven residents; noise complaints have also been reported in Memphis.
